Families for God
 (It’s time, come on Nations!)
Col 1:27-29 GNB God's plan is to make known his secret to his people, this rich and glorious secret which he has for all peoples. And the secret is that Christ is in you, which means that you will share in the glory of God. (28) So we preach Christ to everyone. With all possible wisdom we warn and teach them in order to bring each one into God's presence as a mature individual in union with Christ.

It is the Season.,.
Right through the Bible we find the recurrent theme of seasons and right times. Only of one thing does the Bible say – “Don’t ever let up, don’t consider the time, just do it!”. In 2 Timothy 4:1-2 GNB Paul emphatically impresses the importance of the message on Timothy when he says “In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and because he is coming to rule as King, I solemnly urge you (2) to preach the message, to insist upon proclaiming it (whether the time is right or not), to convince, reproach, and encourage, as you teach with all patience.” In the same passage the Message Translations says “so proclaim the Message with intensity; Don't ever quit. Just keep it simple.”

If this is the standard out of season, then how much more when it is harvest time! It is time to harvest the multitudes of souls that God has promised, it is time to proclaim the good news that Jesus paid for every sin and transgression, for every sickness, brokenness, human fallacy and incompetence, for every ill fated decision and misdirected word, for every human thing that can prevent the full manifestation of God’s master plan for every single one of us! It is time to let the nations know that they can partake of the glory of God and that the King of Kings would love to receive them into His presence. It is time for the harvesters to get up and to start harvesting (Mark 4:29)

God empowers you
Col 1:29 GNB To get this done I toil and struggle, using the mighty strength which Christ supplies and which is at work in me.

Maybe you look at yourself and you think that the job set before you and your family is too hard for you; that you do not have the right personality, you do not know the Word well enough, you are too young or too old, too broken or too busy. I want to encourage you with this wonderful revelation that the Lord is not an unfair master. He does not require what He did not deposit. When He asks of you to love the nations, He loves you first, when He expects you to forgive, He forgives you completely, unconditionally first, when He wants you to share the Good news, He ministers it to you first! Your part in this great event is to lift up your eyes and to see that the harvest is ripe and running to Africa! It is to report for duty with a resounding ‘yes’ so that the Lord can supply you with the strength to do it.

Let your ‘Yes!’ be heard
2Co 1:20 MSG Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God's Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident.

In this beautiful season of growth and excitement for our country, we have this promise in our hearts that the Good news about Jesus has in it, is in fact, the power of God to save, to restore and to make whole for anyone that is willing to embrace it (Romans 1:16). So lift up your eyes Africa, let it be known that you are not ashamed for in you there is evidence and testimony of the goodness of God! In you there is a nation that has been set apart and declared holy and separated unto the purposes of God. Let your ‘YES!’ to the call of God be heard today. Let us cry out in one accord ‘It is time, come on Nations!’
