Article: Community

Philp 2:1-4 MSG If you've gotten anything at all out of following Christ, if His love has made any difference in your life, if being in a community of the Spirit means anything to you, if you have a heart, if you care-- (2) then do me a favour: Agree with each other, love each other, be
deep-spirited friends. (3) Don't push your way to the front; don't sweet-talk your way to the top. Put yourself aside, and help others get ahead. (4) Don't be obsessed with getting your own advantage. Forget yourselves long enough to lend a helping hand. (5) Think of yourselves the way Christ Jesus thought of Himself.
Community means being with Him and like Him!
One of my favourite things about God is that He never ever expects anything of us unless it was already deposited in us. - Read More
Woman of Wonder
It is our heartfelt desire to see all women reach their full potential in Christ. We believe that this is possible through exploring our purpose in Christ and sowing seeds that will produce much fruit in our lives and the lives of those whom we love.
Our mission statement:
- Commanded to love (Matthew 22:37)
- Commissioned to make disciples (Matthew 28:19)
- Challenged to change (Romans 8:29)
The application of our mission statement: Using the biblical principal of ‘mothering’ (Titus 2:3-4) each woman is discipled by means of groups of 12, called Life Groups. In these life groups we discover how to love and live the life of Christ as we get to know more about God, ourselves and others. We are thereby equipped to fulfill our ultimate destiny in Christ, that of reaching out to the lost so that we ourselves can become spiritual mothers, making disciples of all nations. During the equipping stage, we also offer encounter retreats and weekly training. At quarterly women’s services we celebrate Christ our Saviour.
Why don’t you come and join us at a Life Group meeting? We would love to have you with us!
Contact us and we will gladly put you in touch with a Life Group leader in your area.
Much love,
